4 salmon filets
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Season salmon filets with salt and black pepper.
Press “Sauté” and brown your filets on both sides.
Add about 3/4 cup water to pot. Lay browned salmon
on a rack. Seal the cooker’s lid and choose “Steam” for
aout 5 minutes.
In the meantime, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl or
a measuring cup. Then, pour the sauce over the filets.

Heat the oil, and sauté the onions until just tender.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except for cornstarch slurry.
Next, choose “Stew” function for 12 minutes.
Then, release pressure. Add cornstarch slurry and stir until
the juice has thickened. Serve warm and enjoy

1 pound lean ground beef
2 pounds tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 pound dried egg noodles
Press “Sauté” button and brown the beef.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Pressure cook for 7 minutes.

1 red onion, chopped
8 ounces dry egg noodles
1 can (14-ounce) tomatoes, diced
1 ¼ cups water
1 dried basil
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can tuna fish in water, drained
Feta cheese, crumbled
Warm the oil and sauté the onion for about 2 minutes.
Stir in the noodles, tomatoes, water; click “Soup”
button and set time to 10 minutes. Turn the pot off.
Add the remaining ingredients, except for feta; cook for
4 more minutes until it is warmed through. Serve garnished
with feta cheese.
